The methodology is adapted to the legal, operational and regulatory nature of each project, considering its particularities, obligations and applicable competences. The seven stages do not constitute a mandatory or universal regulatory procedure.
Davinor coordinates and organises the stages of the transaction and does not replace auditors, lawyers, accountants, oversight bodies or public authorities, whose duties remain fully preserved.
Application
The methodology applies to public and private transactions
Each stage is adjusted to the nature of the transaction, the sector involved and the level of document organisation existing when the work begins.
